Job Description

Join us as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Ideagen Lucidity and be the spark that ignites business growth. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients. This role is perfect for proactive sales enthusiasts with a knack for phone appointment setting.Responsibilities:Adhere to ISO 27001 Information Security Management System standards.Generate new sales opportunities using ZoomInfo, Hubspot, Dux Soup, and Sales NavUnderstand and cater to personas in various high risk verticalsEstablish and nurture long-term relationships to convert Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) into Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQO).Actively seek out new business opportunities in the market.Coordinate meetings between prospects and Account Executives.Deliver regular performance reports to the Director of Sales.Utilise Sandler's sales methodology for consistent sales success.Ideal Candidate Profile:Outstanding rapport-building abilities.Skilled in insightful questioning to grasp business needs.Quick to identify pain points and propose solutions.Adaptable, eager to learn, and self-motivated.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong work ethic and capable of working independently.Benefits:Clear career advancement path with promotions and salary increases for meeting quarterly targets.Competitive base salary plus commission for Level 2 SDR grade (achievable within 9 months).Comprehensive on-site training and support.Company-provided laptop and phone system.Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:1-2 years of successful SaaS sales experience, preferably with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.Knowledge or experience in Health and Safety is a plus.
