Role overviewWe are seeking a passionate and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. At Thieves Coffee, you will play a key role in executing our social media marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our brand, attract new customers and boost engagement across different social platforms, and foster relationships with our existing audience. You will enhance and develop the digital outreach of the Thieves Coffee brand and coffee subscription service by managing the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
Core objectives include: Assist in the planning and executing of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Support and manage the creation of content development tailored to each platform's audience. Proficiency in videography, image, and video editing is highly desirable, enabling the creation of high-quality, authentic content together with our in-house coffee specialists.Monitor omnichannel marketing platforms for trends and insights, basic knowledge in Meta and Titkok business Manager is a plus.Collaborate and work with external agencies across all printed, digital, and visual mediums to develop compelling visual assets that align with brand guidelines, planning and execute monthly marketing calendar.Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, partners, and influencers.Copy writing skill is big plus, able to write posts or headlines for digital assets, and manage community engagements.Ability to produce 4+ pieces of short- form video content a week with in-house team, editing other form of visual assets fit for multiple channels in facebook ads, EDM or website popup etc on daily bases.
Qualifications Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Proficiency in design and editing software, social media platforms, and analytics tools.1 - 2 years of experience in social media content creation or similar role.Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design and the ability to execute creative direction that aligns with brand guidelines.Ability to plan ahead and multitask on multiple campaigns at a time.Experience within either the online product subscription channel or the coffee industry is highly regarded

Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally
Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner, especially in a e-commerce setting.
Time management/organisation: Plan ahead to accomplish objectives effectively and efficiently.
