The Role
This position will be based at our Bella Vista site and provide a high level of Customer Service for our reooh network by triaging requests reported to our uh-oOh Technical Fault help desk. This then ensures our team can repair infrastructure to our high standard.
Key Responsibilities For This Position
Coordinate reooh! Data management
Coordinate information between external and internal teams. This is to ensure all parties are clear in understanding what is required.Update & audit in-house bespoke data systems.
Customer Service
Triage tickets reported to uh-oOh via Service Now Platform.Liaise with the team and follow up on opened tickets.Issue and allocate cleaning to the In-house team and Contractors.Process Invoices and Purchase OrdersManage Classic Retail Tickets.Assist in reporting and managing existing reports.Assist Performance Delivery Lead from time to time.
In Order To Be Successful For This Role
Systems you will need to know:
Microsoft 365 – Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams Require Intermediate Excel & Outlook Service Now and PowerBi (preferred not essential)
A number of years in a customer service/admin role.
