Job Tittle : Real Estate Sales Consultant
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, organized, and communicative individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be driven, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment. If you are self-motivated, a strong negotiator, and can easily build relationships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Advise clients on how to sell their homes quickly and for optimal value.Property Showings: Conduct home tours and attend open houses with clients.Negotiation Guidance: Assist clients throughout the negotiation process to ensure they achieve the best possible deal.Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the local real estate market and current home sales.Marketing: Promote our company brand and sales, through various marketing materials and networking within the local community.Listing Management: Maintain and update property listings.Exclusive Listings: Obtain and maintain exclusive property listings.Customer Inquiries: Answer questions regarding contracts and terms of sale.Prospecting & Appraisals: Conduct market appraisals and listing presentations and secure buyer appointments.Auction Participation: Engage in property auctions.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
Current Real Estate License or certificateProven sales, negotiation, and communication skillsProficiency in understanding and presenting contractsExceptional communication and networking abilitiesStrong work ethic with a trustworthy and pleasant demeanourAbility to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
