CDM Plus are looking to fill a part-time Level 1 Administrative Assistant.This role involves managing communication, scheduling, and various clerical tasks, contributing to a smooth and productive work environment.
What we need from you:
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time efficiently. Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of management software programs including Office and CRMs and Calendly Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, management, and external contacts. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Coordination and drafting of administration SOP’s. Maintaining Excel, Google sheets and Smartsheet. Ability to work independently and within a team. Ability to answer calls for CDM Plus products and services.
