Resonate is a Sydney-based, home grown Australian solution to the problem of revenue growth. We help our customers (mostly IT firms) by providing Marketing and Sales as a Service.
We are looking for a new member to join our Sales-as-a-Service team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to kickstart a career in B2B Sales, with a company that will coach, guide, and support you to be a success.
Success looks like you:learning Sales skills that will last you a lifetimecelebrating wins on a weekly basisearning $100K OTE (healthy base plus performance-driven commission)establishing your Sales career in the IT industryand if you want progression - moving into a Team Leader role as we grow the team

Your typical day will involve:Plenty of coffeeTraining with RK (our CEO) or Joey (our GM)A quick stand-up meeting with the teamLots of good quality calls to a range of cold and warm leadsSome down-time to record the outcomes from your good workThe satisfaction of watching our clients' pipelines (and your bonus) grow
You are:Reliable, confident, and articulateKeen to build your career in professional B2B SalesA natural interpersonal communicatorAble to make a high volume of outbound calls while getting along with VP level executives
Your qualifications and experience will include*:Bachelor's Degree (or within 12 months of graduating)3 years of professional working experience18 months' experience in a Sales, Telemarketing, or Call Centre role*We are open to hiring people with less experience if they can demonstrate 10/10 attitude and aptitude.
You will:Generate a pipeline of leads and business opportunities through prospecting into the companies we give you to callEffectively communicate our clients' value propositions on the phoneSet up meetings between your prospects and our clients' Directors or SalespeopleKeep learning and growing on a daily basisEnsure that all activity in CRM is updated and accurate
