THE ROLE:This fast-paced, high-volume inbound/outbound customer service role strongly focuses on quality customer experience. Our Customer Service Agents manage inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and emails for all online enquiries, among many other tasks. You will provide exceptional product knowledge to customers seeking assistance with fitting and style enquiries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Delivering exceptional levels of customer service on every communication channel.Be responsible for owning and resolving all requests.Investigate, resolve and respond to customer questions and complex customer issues and work alongside other departments.Work towards personal KPIs while providing high-level customer service.Foster and drive the ‘Yes We Can’ attitude in achieving customer satisfaction.You will be responsible for responding to a high volume of tickets across all channels (incoming/outgoing calls, live chat, emails, virtual fittings, social media and reviews).
To assist you with your training, you will spend time in-store at our Armadale or Melbourne City stores before you start training on-site at Oakleigh. You will receive hands-on experience fitting our shoes and assisting our customers face-to-face. Once you have completed training, this role also includes remote shifts.
ABOUT YOU:Previous customer service experience and a genuine passion for service excellence in a high-volume environment.Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.Excellent attention to detail and aptitude for problem-solving.Exceptional phone manners and verbal and written communication skills.Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Passion for learning and personal development.Resilience and agility in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.Exceptional reliability and accountability.Experience with Salesforce, Inside by Powerfront or other CRM platforms highly regardedAvailable to work Tuesday - Saturday
