Loyalty Hosts are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and love building relationships whilst thinking on their feet, in a fast-paced environment. The Loyalty Host position requires flexibility for afternoon and evening shift work across the week, including weekends and public holidays. You will work towards establishing a strong rapport with our members by using your excellent inter-personal skills to truly understand their needs and how we can best deliver consistent customer satisfaction.
