Tennis Australia (TA) is one of the largest sport’s governing body, entertainment and sports rights-holder, and media production houses in Asia-Pacific. The Australian Open will be back in full swing this summer and we’re looking for Event Execution Sales Support to join our team on a fixed term contract until February 2025.

About The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, in this role you will assist the Premium Experience Sales team in the planning, delivery, and administration for AO25. You will:
Support the execution of product sales, ticketing, and the development of innovative conceptsOversee the entire sales process, from receiving and confirming bookings to allocating payments for all hospitality packages within the ticketing system Effectively manage inbound and outbound sales leads over the phone for the AO and United cupCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to organise and finalise event details Provide exceptional client support during the two weeks of the tournamentEnsure all premium experience products and experiences are delivered to the highest quality standards through thorough preparation and support
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrated experience working within customer service or sales focused roles, ideally with phone experience, delivering high levels of customer serviceExposure or demonstrated experience in the delivery of major events is highly valuedWell established administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion amongst high profile customersHold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children CheckPreparedness to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
