Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception Administrator at Comm Care Pty Ltd in Burwood East, VIC. The Reception Administrator will be responsible for handling front desk reception duties, such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing appointments. They will also assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing documents, and coordinating office supplies.
Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in using office equipment, such as printers and scannersAttention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityCustomer service-oriented mindset and friendly demeanorBasic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office SuitePrior experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role is a plusCurrent police checkDrivers licenseCommCare is an in home provider of aged care and as such is looking for an empathetic person that can communicate with the elderly in a kindly manner over the phone and in person.
