About the role:Our client is a distinguished private equity firm based in Sydney, expanding their operations to Melbourne. They are seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to support their new business division during its critical setup phase for 1-2 days a week.
Key responsibilities:Contract Management: Collate and upload various contracts (employment, customer, supplier) into the appropriate systems, including Employment Hero.Compliance Support: Assist in meeting compliance requirements, such as ensuring employees obtain necessary National Police Clearances and medical certificates.Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance as needed to facilitate the smooth establishment of our Melbourne division.
To be successful in this role you will have:Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles is desirable. Familiarity with Employment Hero is preferred but not essential.Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions meticulously.Attitude: A proactive approach with a willingness to engage in diverse tasks and take on new challenges.
