Mont Marte International is growing, and we are looking to add more outbound new business sales professionals to the team! If you have strong communication skills, extensive phone sales experience, time management, and a customer-focused outlook, you might be who we’re looking for.Why us? We provide plenty of off-street parking on-site.Your day-to-dayManaging a customer portfolio, retaining, and growing customer accounts Cold calling businesses to establish new relationships or reactivate old business relationships.Daily outbound sales calls to new and existing customers to discuss new lines, promotions and confirm ordersWorking with our on-road and in-house sales team and account managers to book new business appointments and maximise salesRunning weekly reports and analysing data for increased salesAchieving monthly sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis Training, supporting and guiding customers to use the online order formAssisting customers with product knowledge, queries or issuesDevelop and maintain close working relationships with all stakeholdersProactively manage customer accounts Complete customer call notes after every customer call / interaction We’re looking for Proactive, driven attitude! Someone that can work independently and as a team.Confidence to pick up the phone and chat about new lines, promotions, and offers.Ability to prioritise tasks, to get the job done quickly and effectively. Comfortable and familiar with meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs.2-3 years of B2B sales and outbound call experience in an office environment.History of building relationships with clients and customers over the phoneStrong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.Thinking outside the box to solve client objections / concerns. Good time management, organisation, and multi-tasking competing prioritiesStrong team skills. Experience with technology platforms and systems.
