Job Responsibilities:
* Enter bills and invoices into the system using Xero.* Schedule internal and external services.* Process orders.* Create purchase orders for suppliers.* Manage team travel arrangements.* Contact clients for billing, order feedback, scheduling services, etc.
Requirements:
* Must be VERY detail-oriented and organized.* Ability to work well in a team and also independently when necessary.* Advanced/Fluent English (sufficient to communicate with clients over the phone).* Experience in similar roles.* Fields of study: engineering, administration, economics, accounting, or related areas.
The Position:
- On-site - Office in Seven Hills- Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Friday)
