Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Britton Electrical Solutions. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. They will be handling a variety of tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, organising and maintaining files, data entry and reporting.
This role is located in Seville, VIC, with flexibility for some remote work. Working hours are flexible and negotiable
QualificationsExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteXero and SimPRO experience a plus but not essentialAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritise tasks
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
