Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Coote Family Lawyers located in Camberwell, Melbourne, VIC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks supporting lawyers including providing administrative support, diary management, client liaison, managing phone calls, typing and amending legal documents and monthly billing and invoicing. Ideally, you will have some experience in office administration, legal or paralegal experience or legal studies, however, training will be provided to support developing these skills. QualificationsAdministrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise tasks effectivelyExperience in general clerical dutiesFamiliarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plusAttention to detail and accuracy in all tasksProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
