Your contribution to the team With a brand new redeveloped facility, we are seeking a front of house Receptionist to deliver exceptional customer service outcomes for visitors attending the newly redeveloped Mission Whitten Oval. The Receptionist will work from the front desk located in the newly renovated Club foyer and will be responsible for welcoming and directing guests within the precinct and providing a positive and professional first impression.
This role will also be responsible for:Answering phones in a professional manner, routing calls and forwarding emails as necessary;Providing support to the Consumer Team including addressing membership and ticketing enquiries;Mail distribution including facilitating couriers and deliveries;Assist with maintaining workplace security by supporting the visitor and contractor venue sign-in process;Data entry; andGeneral administration
Skills and experienceHave a track record of success in a similar front of house, reception or customer service role with inbound calls.Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of staff and the public in a courteous and helpful manner, including people from diverse social and cultural backgroundsProven written and verbal communication skills to interact positively and work with all levels of staff.Professional presentation – personal (attire), verbal & writtenAdvanced computer and desktop skills and willingness to learn CRM applications
