Customer Service & Sales Support- Full Time Permanent Position- Inner City location – close to public transport- Monday to Friday only, no weekendsThis position is based in the head office of a leading Agricultural Chemical manufacturer who manages the marketing and wholesaling of AgChem products in Australia and also provides administrative support to the NZ business.In this role you will take part in a busy and stimulating working environment within a friendly and inclusive team. You will gain exposure to the Australian agrochemical industry on a national level and will be provided with a solid grounding in most aspects of the business. This will provide you with the unique opportunity to develop the skills and experience required for a successful career within this industry.The Role Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, a key objective of the position is to liaise between customers and our territory management staff, providing support to each. This is a permanent, full-time position for someone who has a desire to grow and succeed in a dynamic customer service environment, with drive and enthusiasm for long term career success. This includes a commitment to learning the idiosyncrasies of this niche industry, from the basics and upwards.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:· Sales order entry & back/forward order management· Answering phones and assisting with inquiries· Liaising with customers, regional managers, transport operators, our warehouses and other office staff members· Managing various group emails· Inventory monitoring· Weekly reports / daily invoicingWe are looking for a team member who is· Enthusiastic, positive and proactive· Intelligent, can retain information well and pays close attention to detail· A team player· Able to adapt to our companies processes and systems, and work within those guidelines· Able to report to your manager with suggestions for solutions to obstacles· Has a clear, articulate, friendly and confident phone manner· Has excellent written communication skills & a strong ability to prioritise tasks· Flexible within your role (ability to take on various tasks, a real 'Can Do' attitude)· Has relevant Customer Service / Administration experience (Outlook, Excel + various other programs)Your application should include: - Covering letter of not more than 1 page- Resume / CV of not more than 2 pagesThis position is only available to those with Full Time Availability**Salary dependent upon experience**
