About the roleThey are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join their growing Contact Centre in Silverwater. These are permanent opportunities commencing on Monday 6th May, working 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, no weekends!
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing a technologically enabled vehicle purchasing experience. Through the connection and engagement of warm leads, you will foster a consultative sales approach to establish a build trusted relationships with prospective customers in assisting them find their next new car.
ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to warm leads received via the websiteBuild rapport and understand customer needs and requirementsNurture customers through the new car buying journeyPromote the entire product suite to all customers (vehicle trade-in, finance & aftermarket products)Find the best vehicle solution to meet the customer’s needsProvide specialist advice and information relating to productsRespond to all customer enquiries via telephone, email, or web within timeframesEstablish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with various DealersConvert warm leads into ordersPrepare sale contractsGather tender documentation and upload into tender portalsConsistently meet and exceed monthly sales targetsParticipate in monthly performance reviewsRecords and database management, ensuring high accuracy, integrity and confidentialityEnsure compliance with organisational procedures, policies and best practice
About youProven Customer Service or Sales experienceKnowledge or interest in the Automotive IndustryImpeccable communication skills, both verbal and writtenProfessional with a customer centric focusDedicated, committed with a drive to succeedConfident and resilient with a growth and positive mindsetStrong work ethic with the ability to receive constructive feedbackWorks well under pressure to meet KPI’sSuperior organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlinesProactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomous and part of a teamStrong computer literacy and proficiency with MS office suite and SalesforceMUST be able to commence ASAP
