About the RoleGaining excellent exposure to the operations of our business and external stakeholders, we have a rewarding role for an Administration Assistant to join our Contracts team. You will support MLA by setting up projects in SAP and ensuring compliance with MLA's policies and procedures. Accuracy and attention to detail will be key to success along with great relationship and collaboration skills.
Our ideal Administration Assistant will need to: Accurately record information in SAP including project, contract and milestone status and budget.Facilitate internal approval of projects and contracts in MLA’s systems in accordance with the Contract and Work Approval policy.Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders in relation to the progress of their projects and contracts.Ensure the recording and retrieval of all contracts and associated information are accurately recorded and easily accessible within MLA’s systems.Liaise with other team members to ensure all documents meet MLA’s internal approvals.
