Your New RoleAFG’s Partnership Management Team is seeking a proactive service-focused Partnership Support Manager to assist with a portfolio of Mortgage Brokers in their day to day requirements.You will develop strong, long-lasting relationships with our small business owners, finance brokers and other industry partners, to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive strategic initiatives. You will also:Assist the Partnership Manager by handling incoming correspondence, setting up group training sessions and material and arranging appointments as needed.Liaise with the Partnership Manager and other sales staff in your state team, keeping them informed and up to date with all information affecting their portfolio.Liaising and assisting other AFG teams to ensure successful outcomes for your portfolio of brokers.Providing outstanding customer experiences across your portfolio.Assisting with the performance of Broker portfolios, with sales and growth targets covering Residential, Commercial/AFG Business, Leasing/AFG Asset Finance and Personal Loans.Work with the Mortgage Brokers to establish relationships with all AFG support services available to them.Actively promote AFG products to brokers to help grow these volumes within your portfolio.Assist in the development and delivery of professional development and education sessions and business/industry training.Attend and represent AFG at industry functions as needed.
