We are seeking an Administrator & Accounts person to join this collaborative team and provide assistance to the Property Management Department. Your daily responsibilities will include:· Check and complete daily calendar appointments/tasks· Respond to administration emails daily· Process Ingoing Tenant checklists· Process Lease Renewals· Process Notice to Vacates· Process Rent Increase checklists· Organization and collection of keys· Accounts duties
In addition, there is confirmed opportunity for this position to progress into a Property Management position if that is a career path you wish to explore in the future.
To be successful in this role:· Minimum of 12 month’s experience in Administration in any industry (Real Estate is advantageous). · Excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills· An equally strong ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team· Positive, personable and dedicated attitude
