About the Role As an Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Property and Commercial Services team. Your responsibilities will include:
Procurement Management: Prepare and manage procurement arrangements to meet organisational objectives.Financial Administration: Coordinate monthly invoicing processes, manage arrears, and handle business invoice payments, including raising purchase orders and managing SAP Purchasing Workflow.Records Management: Maintain accurate electronic records and document tracking systems, ensuring information is correctly stored and accessible.Stakeholder Communication: Monitor incoming correspondence, address administrative and tenant enquiries, and assist in preparing meeting minutes and executive papers.Tenant Support: Assist with periodic tenancy inspections, utilities usage recovery, and associated reporting and management.
You will ensure effective and efficient administration support services, contributing to the smooth operation of the gardens. Your role is essential in maintaining high standards of service delivery and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
About You You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in administrative support. You possess:
Experience in procurement, financial administration, and records management.Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.Experience in NSW Government Procurement and Commercial Property transactions (desirable).Strong planning and prioritization abilities.
