Working as part of the Customer Service Team within our contact centre environment, your primary focus as a Customer Service Officer will be to respond to and resolve customer enquiries using a variety of channels, predominantly via telephone but also using email and the web. Although two days are rarely the same in our busy contact centre, your day-to-day work will require you to:
Provide a superior level of customer service to customers by responding to, and resolving, customer queries.Respond to customer questions in a timely manner, verbally or in writing, through various channels, including telephone, email, website and social media.Provide resolution for general enquiries, on-line orders, product and service.Follow a range of procedures to ensure all work is carried out to required quality standards and ensure adherence to external regulatory requirements and internal standard operating procedures.Meet set targets and key performance indicators.Administration duties as required.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate that you have:
Minimum of 2 years experience working within customer service, preferrably in a contact and call centre environmentMotivated by KPIs and working in a structured environmentA confident and professional telephone manner.High level verbal and written communication skills.Fluency in spoken and written English language.Confident with technology – Microsoft Suite essential | Genesys desirableEmpathy and respectA values-driven approach to work
